How Do You Get Paid?

I get paid through escrow once your transaction is closed. I will submit my fee in the Commissions Tab in SkySlope, and it will be reflected on your Commission Disbursement that is sent by eXp Realty to the Title Company.

Do I Pay A Fee If One Of My Transactions terminates?

I will accommodate up to 6 canceled listings or terminated transactions per agent, per year. Any additional canceled listings or terminated transactions will incur a $50 fee to be paid within 3 days.

How Do I Let You Know I Have A New Listing or New Pending Transaction?

Please send me at email at Caitlin.Crosby@eXpRealty.com with the executed documents you have, your client’s full names and contact information, and the source of the lead. I will need this for every transaction to be able to start it in SkySlope.

Do you only work with eXp Agents?

As of right now, I am only working with eXp Agents or agents from other brokerages who use SkySlope.
